Pak Games Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use Pak Games, you must create a personal account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistani mobile phone number. You accept responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on Pak Games. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option or contact support.

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where the use of Pak Games is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person.
• You must keep your account login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Pak Games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion will be suspended pending investigation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Pak Games are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak Games does not apply any fee or charge of its own to deposits or withdrawals. Payment provider fees, if any, are outside Pak Games' control and are the user's responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfers and card payments. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods.

• Deposits are credited to your Pak Games balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to a same-source policy — funds are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit.
• Pak Games reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
• Pak Games is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers once funds have been dispatched from the platform.
• Any funds deposited by a third party that cannot be verified will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Games offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic or mechanical way to minimise risk and extract guaranteed value is classified as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only — one per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer.
• Pak Games reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus at its discretion, subject to notifying affected users where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the conditions of the specific promotion.
• Any winnings generated from bonuses that Pak Games determines were obtained through abuse of promotional terms may be voided.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All cricket betting, live casino play, online casino games, Teen Patti, fishing games and other activities on Pak Games are subject to the specific rules published for each product. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

• Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user under normal circumstances.
• Pak Games reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregularities, data errors, obvious pricing errors or circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• In-play cricket bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. Pak Games is not liable for bets voided due to data feed interruptions from third-party providers.
• All casino games and fishing games use certified random number generation (RNG). Return-to-player percentages are published for each game and are subject to independent audit.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pak Games. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or Pak Games' administrative systems without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy service or other tool to misrepresent your location or circumvent platform restrictions.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pak Games provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, service interruptions, data feed errors or technical faults that are beyond our reasonable control.

• Pak Games is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Pak Games is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing transactions.
• Any claims against Pak Games must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event — claims raised after this period may not be considered.
• Pak Games' total liability to any individual user in connection with any event or series of events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Pak Games reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practically possible. Continued use of the Pak Games platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
